The Network
The Lloyds TSB Inspirational Women's Network is an exclusive network of remarkable, high potential and high achieving UK women.
The network has been developed in response to feedback from some of the UK's most pioneering and talented women. These exceptional women have asked for a unique, innovative and inspirational networking community to allow them to come together, share experiences and build business relationships. Also, in response to demand from early members, the network will provide a channel for these women to encourage and support exceptionally talented young women in disadvantaged areas.

Membership
Membership is by invitation only and members are chosen for their significant and inspirational achievements, and come from all sectors including business, professional, art and culture, humanitarian, science, politics and entertainment.

The network was created by Pinky Lilani, founder of the Asian Women of Achievement and Women of the Future Awards.
Lloyds TSB is the founding partner of the network. Lloyds TSB has been awarded numerous accolades for its work to promote diversity and its innovative approach to gender and race equality issues in particular. In 2006 it was awarded a coveted place in The Times 2006 "Where Women Want to Work - Top 50", and won, for the third time, the national Race for Opportunity annual benchmarking survey. It has strong links with the Equal Opportunities Commission and has been involved throughout with their most recent study on the progress of ethnic minority women - "Moving on Up".
Pinky and Lloyds TSB have a successful history of working together on equality initiatives, such as the above awards, and are proud and excited to present this new network to you.
